1. Subject and Acceptance
These terms govern the use of the Odha service, published by 25 lignes, a limited liability company with a capital of €1,000, registered under number 920817434, with its registered office at 2 impasse Magritte 85500 Les Herbiers, France (hereinafter "the Publisher").
By creating an account and using the service, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms in their entirety without reservation. If the User does not accept these terms, they must refrain from using the service.
2. Description of Service
Odha is a task management, scheduling, and time-tracking tool designed for freelancers. The service specifically allows for daily planning, logging time spent on projects, and generating activity reports.
Full access to the service requires a paid monthly or annual subscription after a 15-day free trial period. At the end of this period, the User must subscribe to a paid plan to continue accessing the service. No automatic charges are made without explicit and voluntary action from the User.
3. Limitation of Liability
Best Efforts Obligation
The Publisher commits to making all reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and continuity of the service. However, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." The Publisher cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
Data Loss
While regular backups are performed, the Publisher shall not be held liable for data loss, file loss, or any indirect damage resulting from a technical failure, hosting infrastructure failure, or misuse by the User. It is the User's responsibility to regularly export their data via the dedicated function available in the application.
Commercial Prejudice
The Publisher cannot be held liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or clients suffered by the User due to temporary unavailability of the service, an error in generated reports, or any other service failure.
Liability Cap
In any event, should the Publisher's liability be engaged, the total amount of compensation shall not exceed the sums actually paid by the User during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the dispute.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the execution of which has begun with the User's prior express consent.
By creating an account and accessing the service, the User expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal and accepting that the execution of the contract begins immediately.
5. Rates and Payment
Displayed rates include all taxes and are automatically converted into the User's local currency at the time of purchase. Payment and currency conversion are managed by our reseller Paddle.com. The Publisher reserves the right to modify its rates at any time.
For new subscribers, the rates displayed at the time of subscription apply. For existing subscribers, any price modification will be notified by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Without explicit opposition from the User within this timeframe, the new rates will be deemed accepted as of their effective date.
The order process is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com. By purchasing an Odha subscription, you enter into a contract with Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. No banking data is stored by Odha. The User is subject to Paddle's general terms available at paddle.com.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation
The User can cancel their subscription at any time from their client area, in one click, without fees or justification. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The User retains access to the service until that date.
Monthly Subscription
In the event of cancellation, no refund will be issued for the current month, as the service was made available to the User for the entire period.
Annual Subscription
In the event of early cancellation of an annual subscription, no pro-rata refund will be issued, except in the case of a technical error attributable to the Publisher. The User retains access to the service until the end of the paid annual period.
Exceptional Refund
In the event of a billing error or a major technical failure attributable to the Publisher, a refund or credit may be granted upon a reasoned request sent to legal@odha.app.
7. Data Protection (GDPR)
Data Controller

Collected Data
The Publisher collects only the data necessary for the service's operation: email address, planning data and tasks entered by the User, and billing data transmitted to Paddle.
Legal Basis for Processing
Data is processed based on the performance of the contract (GDPR Article 6.1.b) for data necessary to provide the service, and on the Publisher's legitimate interest for anonymized usage data allowing service improvement.
Hosting
Data is hosted in Europe by Neon / AWS Frankfurt, in compliance with GDPR requirements. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Data Ownership
The User remains the owner of all their data. Odha does not resell any data to third parties and does not use any advertising trackers.
Retention Period
Data is kept for the duration of the active subscription. In the event of account closure, data is deleted within 30 days, unless there is a contrary legal obligation for retention.
User Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete, port, and object to the processing of their personal data. These rights can be exercised by email at legal@odha.app. In case of an unresolved complaint, the User may contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Intellectual Property
All constituent elements of the Odha service (source code, interface, logo, text, design) are the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements is prohibited without the Publisher's prior written consent.
Data entered by the User remains their exclusive property. The Publisher acquires no rights over this data.
9. Force Majeure
The Publisher's liability shall not be sought if the performance of the contract is delayed or prevented due to a case of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including: general internet network failure, fire or major hosting infrastructure failure, natural disaster, government decision, or any other external, unpredictable, and irresistible cause.
In the event of force majeure, the Publisher will inform the User as soon as possible and will endeavor to restore the service promptly.
10. Mediation and Disputes
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Publisher offers a consumer mediation scheme. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the User may resort to the following mediator for free: CNPM Médiation Consommation - www.cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu.
These terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Publisher's registered office shall have sole jurisdiction.
11. Modifications to Terms
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The User will be informed of any substantial modification by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after this date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
